This is a TV series with such sarcasm, dry humor (courtesy of Hugh Laurie), and so much medical terms you wouldn't understand for the most part. They just sound good, especially if it comes from a cute doctor (Dr. Robert Chase or Jesse Spencer in real life). For those whose vocabularies reject anything more than four syllables, this is not for you. hehe.
